Dido Florian Cloud de Bounevialle O'Malley Armstrong (born 25 December 1971 in London, United Kingdom) professionally known as Dido (pronounced /ˈdaɪdoʊ/ DYE-doe) is a British singer-songwriter who has sold nearly 30 million albums worldwide.

Demi Lovato

Demetria Devonne "Demi" Lovato (born August 20, 1992) is an American actress and singer-songwriter. She is best known for her role as Mitchie Torres in the Disney Channel Original Movie, Camp Rock, and its upcoming sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam and Sonny Munroe in Sonny With A Chance. Besides acting, she is also a solo music artist and released her debut album Don't Forget on September 23, 2008. The album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 selling over 89,000 copies in the first week. Lovato released her second album, Here We Go Again, on July 21, 2009. The album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 selling over 108,000 copies in the first week.

David Archuleta

David James Archuleta (born December 28, 1990) is an American pop singer-songwriter. At ten years old he won the children's division of the Utah Talent Competition leading to other television singing appearances. When he was twelve years old, Archuleta became the Junior Vocal Champion on Star Search 2. In 2007, at sixteen years old, he became one of the youngest contestants on the seventh season of American Idol. In May 2008 he finished as the runner-up, receiving 44 percent of over 97 million votes.

In August 2008 Archuleta released "Crush," the first single from his self-titled debut album. The album, released two months later, debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 chart; it has sold over 750,000 copies in the U.S. and over 900,000 Worldwide.

Davichi

Davichi (Korean: 다비치) is a South Korean female group made up of Lee Hae-ri (이해리) and Kang Min-kyung (강민경,姜珉耿). Debuting in 2008, they won various new artist awards, and released a mini-album in March 2009, with the lead single "8282" fast becoming a chart-topper.

Daughtry

Daughtry (pronounced /ˈdɔːtri/) is a rock band from North Carolina, formed and fronted by former American Idol season 5 finalist Chris Daughtry in 2006. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2006. The disc reached number one for two non-consecutive weeks on the Billboard Top 200, outsold Idol winner Taylor Hicks' debut album, sold more than four million copies and was named the number one selling album of 2007 by Billboard. Their album is also the fastest-selling debut rock album in Soundscan history. The first single from the album, "It's Not Over", was the eighth most played song across all formats on U.S. radio in 2007, and their second single from the album, "Home", was the tenth most played song in the U.S. of 2007.

The band's second album, Leave This Town, was released on July 14, 2009. The first single, "No Surprise," was released on May 5.
